Heavy singles, Pulling Prs and fatigue

I felt quite tired all week. The heavy work is fun, but it drains my energy the day after. I struggled to find time for some of my workouts, and did not do my long run.
Monday: power lifting and VO2 intervals
DB bench press 6,5,4
Deadlifts 3 x 1
Squats 3 x 1
I'm going to say this right now, I love doing singles. I'd never done sets of one rep before, and they are so fun. Big focus, loud music and a big lift. It's over in 5 seconds.
I love the feeling of focusing all my energy on one rep. I've got lots of room to improve on these.
Cardio workout
4 x 4 running intervals on the treadmill
First two at 4:00 pace, last two at 3:45
Legs felt heavy after the heavy squats and deadlifts. I tried increasing the speed on the intervals but I almost fell of the treadmill by doing so. I kept the same pace as last week.
Tuesday: Upper body and HIIT workout at home
Bench press 3 x 8
Lat pull down 10, 8, 8
Seal rows 3 x 8
Got a PR on the pull downs.

Wednesday: Bench press accessories
Close grip bench press 3 x 5
Overhead tricep extensions 3 x 8
Dumbbell shoulder press 3 x 8
Didn't have time for a cardio workout.
Thursday: Leg press, front squats and temp
Leg press: 3 x 5
Front squats: 3 x 5 (Hit a 5 rep PR)
The least I could after not doing my run yesterday was to put the freshness to use and get that 5 rep PR.
Tempo intervals on the treadmill
I tried some distance based intervals instead of timed ones. I messed up the programming and ended up doing less work than intended. I was squeezed on time, though, and I was just happy to get this cardio session in.
Friday: Bench and back
Bench press: 3 x 1
Weighted pull ups: 3 x 5
Single arm dumbbell rows 10, 8 , 8
Everything felt good. The bench singles felt controlled. Next week should be fun, with hopefully a few extra kilos on the bar.
I did not do anything on Saturday either due a combination of feeling exhausted and a less than ideal work schedule.
My goal for the weekend is to rest as much as possible and hit the ground running (literally) next week!
