Online Group Training is a flexible monthly program you can join anytime.
Workouts are updated each month and follow a structured progression from week 1 to 4, helping you build strength and improve performance over time.
You’ll also get access to nutrition guidance and coaching feedback to support your progress, both in how you feel and how you look.
The goal is simple: help you stay consistent, get stronger, and move closer to your physique goals without pressure or rigid expectations.

1. Do I need access to a gym or can I train from home?
This is a gym-based program, although you can do all the moves with dumbbells at home. For specific home based workout, check out my free YouTube channel.
2. Do I need to do all the workouts?
Not at all. The goal of the online group training is to provide structure and guidance. I'm here to help you along the way.
3. What’s included in the nutrition guidance?
You'll receive a nutrition guide that goes over basic calorie needs, macronutrient breakdown and healthy meal ideas.
4. What if I can't do some exercises?
All workouts can be modified according to your needs. I offer modifications within the workouts, and will also go over different modification tips during the QnA
