The online group training runs for 30 days. I create weekly workouts; you pick and choose which ones you want to do based on your schedule, fitness level, and goals.

1. Do I need access to a gym or can I train from home?
This is a gym-based challenge, although you can do all the moves with dumbbells at home.

2. Do I need to do all the workouts?
Not at all. The goal of the online group training is to provide structure and guidance. I'm here to hel you throughout the 30.​

3. What’s included in the nutrition guidance?
You'll receive a nutrition guide that goes over basic calorie needs, macronutrient breakdown and healthy meal ideas.

4. What if I can't do some exercises?
All workouts can be modified according to your needs. I offer modifications within the workouts, and will also go over different modification tips during the QnA​
