How does online training work?

Here's the process you will go through 

1. Complete The Application Form

This gives me a clear understanding of:

  • your goals

  • training experience

  • current lifestyle

  • schedule

  • injuries or limitations

The goal is to make sure the coaching is the right fit for both of us before moving forward

3. Payment & Account Setup

Once you decide to move forward, you’ll receive:

  • access to the training app

  • your coaching portal

  • onboarding forms

  • liability waiver

This step officially gets your account set up so I can begin building your coaching profile.

5. Onboarding call

Once your program is ready, we’ll schedule a longer onboarding call.

During this session we’ll:

  • review your training plan together

  • go through the app

  • discuss exercise execution

  • clarify expectations

  • make refinements where needed

The goal is to ensure you feel confident and fully prepared before starting.

2. Discovery call

Next, we’ll schedule a free 15-minute video call.

This is an opportunity for:

  • us to meet face-to-face

  • discuss your goals in more detail

  • answer any questions you may have

  • determine which coaching option fits your needs best

The purpose of the call is to help you make an informed decision and ensure you feel confident moving forward.

4. Program design

After onboarding is complete, I’ll begin designing your program based on:

  • your goals

  • fitness level

  • available equipment

  • schedule

  • preferences

  • recovery capacity

Every plan is built to be realistic, sustainable, and progressive.

6. Ongoing coaching & support

From there, we begin your training program

Depending on your coaching package, ongoing support includes:

program updates

progress tracking

nutrition guidance

accountability

form review

messaging support

check-ins. The focus is not just giving you a workout plan, it’s helping you stay consistent long enough to achieve meaningful results.

1. Do I need access to a gym or can I train from home?

Both options work, I’ll design your training plan based on your equipment and environment

2. How does the check-in process work?
Check in weekly via you training app, submit video for form review whenever you want.

3. Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes, you can cancel at any time. Your subscription will continue until the end of you last billing cycle.

4. How do I know which program is right for me?
If you’re confident training on your own but need structure and accountability, Momentum Builder is for you.

5. What’s included in the nutrition coaching?
You’ll receive personalized calorie and macro targets, sample meal ideas, grocery lists, and prep strategies — all tailored to your goals and food preferences.

6. What app do you use for training?
All programs run through the an App (powered by Trainerize), where you’ll access your workouts, video demos, progress tracking, and messaging.

7. What if I have an injury or limitation?
No problem — your plan will be fully customized to your needs. We’ll work around any limitation while strengthening weak points safely.

8. How is payment handled?
You can pay upfront for 3 months or choose the monthly payment option. Payments are made securely online. All In Coaching has a 3-month minimum commitment.

9. Can I cancel or pause my coaching?
Since programs are custom-built, cancellations during an active block aren’t possible — but you can pause before your next renewal if life gets busy.

10. What kind of results can I expect?
Clients typically see visible strength and physique changes within 8–12 weeks — improved energy, consistency, and confidence are often noticeable even sooner.
