Sky Pilot is a stunning mountain above Squamish, offering forest trails, rocky scree slopes, glacier views and a challenging summit scramble. Join my dad and me as we hike from the Sea to Sky Gondola access road, navigate the route towards the Pink Slabs and make the call to turn back when fog and wet rock make the final ascent too risky. The summit will have to wait until next summer!
