The challenge groups were created to do exactly what the name implies: To challenge you, challenge you to reach your next fitness level. Maybe you want to lose weight, or maybe you want to get stronger, or just take control of your fitness to enjoy life to the fullest, this group will help you do just that. You can pick from three different difficulty levels, any questions you have will be answered by me, we will have weekly live group calls to go over specific topics AND go over any individual questions (these calls will be recorded and sent out in case you miss them). Topics on the group calls include: - Nutrition - Training methods - Goal planning - What to track and what NOT to track - How to get the most out of each workouts There is a limited amount of spots because I will be monitoring everyone's progress and keeping everyone accountable. I will say this right now, this is NOT a walk in the park. I designed all the workouts to get progressively tougher and I will also be monitoring your performance and help you choose which weights to use according to your goals. You can send as many form reviews videos as you want so I can help you do each exercises with good form.
