Come sweat with us on Saturdays! This small group (max 6) training offers you the opportunity to receive individual attention throughout the workout for a lot less that personal training. Each week focuses on a different movement, but there will be some recurring elements to the workout like the battle ropes, sled pushed and partner finishers! All level welcome :)
