The 360 assessment
The first step in your plan is to understand exactly what is currently going on. What are your goals, what are the muscles imbalances if any, how can we make your plan fit to your lifestyle. We will take all the time we need to gather all that data.
During our initial assessment we will go over the following
- Your goals
- Your current limitations
- In depth movement assessment
- Basic pattern assessment (squat, hinge, press and pull)
- Nutrition assessment
- Sleep routine
- Injury history
Your plan is completely tailored to your body's needs. This first phase of the plan is to address any imbalances that were found in the assessment. That does not mean you'll be doing easy rehaby exercises at first. The exercise selection may be slightly different than what you're used to.
Your plan is delivered to you via your training app in which you will have access to video demonstrations and see exactly how many reps and sets you have to do per exercises.
Accountability, modifications, progress
My goal is to help you find a plan that you can stick to on the long term. At first, adherence to the plan will be our first priority. I could give you the best workout plan in all the land, but if you don't do it, it becomes the worst workout plan in all the land.
From weekly intentions to frequent checks ins, we will make sure that you are following the plan. We will modify however we need to in order for you to make it fit seemlessly into your life.
Workouts are updated on a weekly basis to make sure you are always progressing in the right directions.
